All our products are original, have been acquired within the European Economic Area and therefore have free transit in Europe's economic market. None of our products has been modified or tampered with in accordance with current trademark regulations.

You can view larger product images by enlarging the image of the product. Due to the color display on the monitor, and depending on the settings, there may be a slight variation of color and detail in relation to reality. We can not accept changes or refunds because the color is not exactly the same as expected. Likewise, in the case of cosmetic and beauty products, they have no guarantee of return protected by law due to their nature as consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product is in bad condition due to factory problems or transportation problems.


The prices of the products presented include the VAT in force in Portugal and are valid for the countries listed on the page regarding shipments. Prices do not include shipping costs. The prices shown are valid except for typos and until the end of the stock. Prices may change without notice. All sales are made with the corresponding purchase invoice you will receive along with the order. The products are available for sale until the end of the stock.


The customer navigates through our online store, incorporating in his cart the items he wants to buy. Once the item selection is complete, you can end the purchase process without registering as a customer. For this you must provide, by completing a form, your personal data. You can also, at this stage, connect to your account, if you are a registered customer, to complete your order. You will choose the method of payment and shipping and, before finalizing the order, you must accept these terms and conditions. Once this process is complete, a message will arrive at your email address with all the details of your order. It is not excluded that the message can be stored in the spam folders of the user's electronic mailbox.

Important: We recommend checking the copy of the order that arrives in your email to confirm if the data of collection, sending, etc. are correct. This way you will avoid delays or incidents in the delivery of your order.

All orders have a minimum value of €20 (VAT excluded).


The delivery of the products is done until 24 hours after the confirmation of payment. The delivery time depends on the destination and is usually 2 to 4 working days for the Iberian Peninsula and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of Europe. Deliveries in remote locations, where carriers do not spend daily, is sometimes difficult and delivery can be postponed. Shipments and deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

With the exception of the Balearic Islands, no shipments are made to the European islands, such as Guernsey, Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, etc.

IMPORTANT: The times for all shipping methods shown are estimates and do not represent a contractual clause. During promotions or sales seasons, there may be delays in the delivery of orders from our warehouse.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you have not correctly informed your delivery address, when requesting any change of address, once the order has passed to the "shipped" state it will have an additional cost of the same value of the corresponding shipping, as well as a delay in delivery of your request in 2 to 3 DAYS.


6.1. Credit card. You can pay with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard through the secure payment gateway.

6.2. PayPal: You can pay with your PayPal account or through Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard.

6.3. Bank transfer: You can make payments by bank transfer to the account that will be indicated after placing the order. If, after 7 business days (excluding weekends), payment has not been received, the order will be canceled.

Important: if the order, once confirmed and sent, is not accepted by the customer, the customer is responsible for the expenses incurred in returning it.

You will receive an invoice by email.

All false orders, or attempts at fraud, will be reported to the competent authorities. All necessary information to assist with the investigation will be provided.


In the "My Account" section, you can know at all times the status of your order. Click on "My Orders" and it will show one of the following states:

Payment Accepted: Your order has been processed and paid correctly and is awaiting preparation.

- Processing in progress: your order is ready and will be shipped soon.

- Sent: Your order has been sent (it is no longer possible to cancel it)

- Delivered: the delivery company sent the product to your home.


Although most deliveries are made within the stated time period, shipping delays may occasionally occur. If you have received an e-mail confirmation of your order and have not received it yet, it may have been because the carrier did not find your address, was absent from the delivery location provided or suffered any kind of incident. Please contact us or the shipping company indicated in your order (GLS or Correos Express).


In case the product is returned for lack of conformity (defective products or mistakes when processing the order), FR Perfumes will offer to the user, depending on each case, the option to return the amount paid or the exchange of the product with another of identical characteristics. In such cases, FR Perfumes will be responsible for the cost of shipping or returning the product.

The user has 7 days from the delivery of the product, to be able to return it, being an essential requirement that contact us, within a maximum period of 48 hours from the reception of the request, with the customer service department through of the return form in your personal account or contact form, indicating the reason for the return and attachment of the purchase invoice. If this prior notice is not made, the return can not be processed.

Nevertheless, in case of mistaken return in the processing of the order, it is necessary to return the product with the packaging in perfect conditions, that the product and its accessories are in perfect conditions, and that the product is packed in such a way that its deterioration during transport is not possible, assuming, the client, the possible damages during the same. FR Perfumes will not accept return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use.

The refund of the amount will be made by the same method of payment in the purchase and provided that the above requirements are met. If accepted by the customer, FR Perfumes may propose a refund through a voucher redeemable at the store www.frperfumes.com.

Returns will not be accepted based on formats or presentations other than those suggested in the product images. Due to the nature of the business, the products can have several presentations that do not match the ones of the market of each country.

Right of withdrawal:

According to the law in force, the user has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or to pay penalties, except shipping costs.

For this, the customer must contact through the process of returns, within his client account, to communicate that he wishes to make a return, or through the email info@frperfumes.com. We will send you the confirmation of receipt of your request immediately.

However, the return will require that the product is delivered with the packaging in perfect condition, that the product and its accessories are in perfect condition, and that the product is packed so that deterioration is not possible during transportation, the customer, possible damages during the same. FR Perfumes will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use. The returned product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt.

Once the product is received at our premises, and after checking the status of the product, the value is refunded according to the payment method made by the customer or by providing a discount voucher redeemable at the www store. frperfumes.com.
